Weight Loss Plan #2- The Sushi & Fruit Diet

This one is kinda crazy, but not only can you expect to drop 10 pounds in 2 weeks, your skin will glow like crazy, you will lose any bit of dry skin, acne, exczema, etc.

It's pretty simple.

NO BANANAS! and that's the only exception


You can eat all the fruit you want, including avocados, tomatoes and cucumbers.
You can also eat all the raw salmon and all the raw tuna that you want.

Make a tomato/cucumber/olive oil salad for yourself and eat this throughout the day.
Then munch on fruit and sushi.
You will be amazed by the glow in your skin. You won't believe how much energy you have and how quickly you begin to feel good.

Weight Loss Plan #1-- The 3 Day Egg Diet

You can expect to lose 5 pounds in the first 3 days.

Day one:

Breakfast--THREE EGG OMELETTE.
-- 1 spray Pam
-- 1/2 cup diced turkey
-- 1/4 cup mozarella cheese

Lunch -- EGG SALAD IN A LETTUCE ROLL
--3 hard-boiled eggs chopped up
--1 tspn mayo
--1 stalk celery
--1 romain lettuce leaf.
--1 roma tomato
wrap egg salad in lettuce leaf tuck sliced tomatoes in, eat like a wrap.

Dinner--CHICKEN QUICHE
--1/2 cup cubed chicken breast
--1 ounce shredded Swiss cheese
--4 eggs, beaten
--1/8 cup finely chopped onion
--1/2 teaspoon salt
--1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spray Pam in baking dish
Line bottom of pie plate with chicken and cheese.
Combine eggs, onion, salt and milk; whisk together until smooth; pour into pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until set.


You can have any combination of these for three days and you can snack on hardboiled eggs.
You will lose weight very quickly.
