Weight Loss Plan #1-- The 3 Day Egg Diet

You can expect to lose 5 pounds in the first 3 days.

Day one:

Breakfast--THREE EGG OMELETTE.
-- 1 spray Pam
-- 1/2 cup diced turkey
-- 1/4 cup mozarella cheese

Lunch -- EGG SALAD IN A LETTUCE ROLL
--3 hard-boiled eggs chopped up
--1 tspn mayo
--1 stalk celery
--1 romain lettuce leaf.
--1 roma tomato
wrap egg salad in lettuce leaf tuck sliced tomatoes in, eat like a wrap.

Dinner--CHICKEN QUICHE
--1/2 cup cubed chicken breast
--1 ounce shredded Swiss cheese
--4 eggs, beaten
--1/8 cup finely chopped onion
--1/2 teaspoon salt
--1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spray Pam in baking dish
Line bottom of pie plate with chicken and cheese.
Combine eggs, onion, salt and milk; whisk together until smooth; pour into pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until set.


You can have any combination of these for three days and you can snack on hardboiled eggs.
You will lose weight very quickly.
